Make a sign that says Thank You. Hang it on a wall or on your fridge. Each day write down something that you are thankful for that day.
You can also make a sign for your postal workers, delivery people, lawn care, garbage pick up, etc. Write down an expression of gratitude, and then get creative with your sign. Place the sign in a window so others can see it as they pass by.
By practicing gratitude, you will feel better and more optimistic.
