The average adult has between 60,000 and 80,000 thoughts a day. 90 percent of these are the same thoughts we had yesterday, the day before, even the year before! Eighty percent of these thoughts are not only unproductive, they are angry. We know through neuroscience that every thought impact us at a cellular level and that angry thoughts cause disease.
