Louis D. Brown Peace Institute

Scarlett Lewis and her mother, Maureen, will be part of the Mother’s Day Walk For Peace on May 9th held by the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute. The Peace Institute was founded by Clementina (Tina) Chery in 1994 after the murder of her 15-year-old son, Louis. Her mission, much like Scarlett’s, is centered around healing, teaching, and learning.
