On December 14th, 2012, a 20-year-old man gunned down 26 people at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut. Scarlett Lewis’s 6-year-old son, Jesse, was killed. But in his final moments, an act of bravery inspired a lifetime of courage in others. Among them, his mother, who created the Choose Love Movement in his name.
