A Two Day Virtual Summit Offering Educators a Front Row Seat to Inspiring and Informative Sessions on the latest in Character Social Emotional Learning.
Sandy Hook, CT (January 28, 2022) – The Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement™, providing no-cost, next-generation, character social emotional development (CSED) programs, announced today the inaugural Choose Love Summit, in partnership with the Shift Network, a global leader in transformational learning that is dedicated to helping people achieve their full potential. The two-day virtual summit will take place on February 26 and 27, 2022. The Choose Love Movement honors six-year-old Sandy Hook victim, Jesse Lewis.
Attendees will learn about living a Choose Love lifestyle based on the Choose Love Formula — Courage, Gratitude, Forgiveness and Compassion-in-Action – which is changing how educators teach and transforming school culture. Choose Love programs now reach over 3 million children across the country and around the world.
Scarlett Lewis, Chief Movement Officer, Choose Love Movement, will kick off the Summit. It will be hosted by Lenny O’Keefe, Community Service Aid for the Concord Police Department in New Hampshire. Expert speakers will lead inspiring sessions on how to incorporate CSEL, EFT tapping, positive psychology, mindfulness and wellness which can lead to more loving and harmonious schools, homes, and communities.
The Summit will feature presentations from courageous educators, mental health and wellness experts, and Choose Love Ambassadors including:

- “The Power of Emotional Freedom Technique” by Dr. Maria Ortner, Global Director of The Tapping Solution;
- “The Stone Exercise” by Tanya Levy, Canadian Choose Love Ambassador;
- “Liberate Your Leadership Gifts and Step into Your Full Potential” by Devaa Haley Mitchell, co-founder and Chief Impact Officer of the Shift Network;
- “Comfort Bunnies” by Peacebunny Island, a natural sustainable island in Minnesota that trains comfort and emotional support rabbits for calm and relaxation;

The Choose Love Summit is in connection with the8th Annual Choose Love Awareness Month during February, 2022, promoting hope, healing and connection through living a Choose Love lifestyle. There is a call to action to complete one or more of 10 Ways to Choose Love complete with prizes plus a Choose Love Poetry Contest.
