30 Days of Gratitude Challenge #15 – Gratitude Walk

Get outside and take a walk with Gratitude. Be mindful of the sounds. Feel the wind across your face.  Smell the fresh air. Take in the sights. Research shows that a regular gratitude practice can improve your mood, combat stress and help you sleep better — and it is good for your physical health, too.

While you’re walking you can also focus on positivity and gratitude. Try using your walking time to mentally practice gratitude and list off the things that you’re grateful for that day.
