His work combines Positive Youth Development, research-based strategies, and practical tools educators can put into action immediately.

Today, Rick serves as Outreach and Professional Development Coordinator for the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement, helping schools create cultures rooted in love, connection, safety, and belonging.
