June is here and that means our annual fundraising effort in honor of Jesse’s would-be 18th birthday. This year is special as well because Jesse would be (should be) graduating from high school as well. What happened to Jesse was 100% preventable, and YOU and I are working to address the root cause of the suffering that led to what is still the worst mass shooting in an elementary school in US history.
We’re all here because we’ve made a commitment to the Choose Love Movement, and want to be part of the solution. I need YOUR HELP and hope we can work together to do better for our children. Choose Love is an opportunity for YOU to leave a legacy that extends far beyond yourself and your family.
General McCraven said in his famous University of Texas commencement speech (see below) that the average American will meet 10,000 people in their lifetime. If each one of us changed the lives of just 10 people, and each one of those folks changed the lives of another 10 people, just 10, then in 5 generations, 125 years, we will have changed the lives of 800 million people.
The Choose Love Movement is impacting millions of children, their parents, and educators around the world.
