Please join Scarlett Lewis on May 5, 2026 at 6:30pm at the Darien Library for a powerful and practical conversation, Help Teens Turn Pressure to Power: Building Resilience and Connection with the Choose Love Movement™. She will share how the Choose Love Formula™ provides a powerful framework for:

Helping children manage stress and pressure
Strengthening connection and belonging
Creating emotionally safe classrooms and homes
Building the resilience our children need to flourish

Scarlett will be joined by Darien high school student and Choose Love Youth Ambassador Rodrigo Miranda, 17, who will bring his perspective on the value of the Choose Love framework and how it has influenced him.
