Tiffany Helmke

Tiffany Helmke grew up in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. She attended Ripon College where she majored in Psychology and double-minored in Studio Art and Art History. Finding her passion for working with children, families, and adults she went on to pursue her career as a School Psychologist. She obtained a Master’s degree in Education and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from UW-Milwaukee.
For 15 years she worked as a School Psychologist in rural and urban school districts. During this time, she realized the importance of Social-Emotional Learning not only for students, but for families and educators. When the opportunity presented itself for her to work as the Social Emotional Learning Coach with the Potosi School District, she jumped at the opportunity, and is in her sixth year with the district. She loves co-teaching Choose Love lessons with colleagues. It’s music to her ears when students excitedly tell her how they’ve chosen love, or tell her that they reminded someone else to choose love in their everyday lives.
Some fun facts about Tiffany:
– She lives in Lancaster, Wisconsin with her husband, 2 children, cat, and her daughter’s fair fish.
– She loves running to experience FLOW, spending time outside laughing with family and friends, traveling anywhere and everywhere, geeking out over data, and tent camping (even in the cold).
– In college, she learned the benefits of gratitude through Martin Seligman’s book ‘Authentic Happiness’. She’s been sharing 5 daily gratitudes with one of her college friends over the last 24 years! That’s approximately 44,000 gratitudes!
She is honored to be an Ambassador, supporting others in spreading the Choose Love Formula throughout Wisconsin, the United States, and the world!
