The lead investigator of the Sandy Hook tragedy forwarded me an interview featuring James Kimmel, Jr., the author of the Amazon #1 best selling book The Science of Revenge.

I was fascinated because James said his research identified the root cause of violence, bullying, and even wars. This blew my mind because until now, very rarely have we known the motive behind school shootings, and this includes Sandy Hook! I purchased the book, reached out to James, and we did my Choosing Love for Authentic Power podcast together. Turns out, forgiveness is the way to stop the cycle of revenge and end the pain. James was blown away that the Choose Love Movement was already teaching the power of forgiveness.

Shortly after our podcast, I received an invitation from him to be a special guest on the Oprah Winfrey podcast to share my story of forgiveness!

Currently, James and I are working together developing lessons on the science of revenge for Kindergarten through Grade 12
so students and educators can learn how to solve this issue, and be in our authentic power of kindness and love!
